Wheel and axle simulation error

Hello,
I am trying to do a simulation of two wheel and axles connected together by a rod. Both axis are fixed into place. First wheel and axle is supposed to simulate servo motor, with 54 kg-cm torque and 1cm radius. Second wheel and axle is supposed to simulate gearbox lever, with 12 cm length. I want to monitor angle at which gearbox lever will rotate by applying torque to the first wheel. I tried various methods, but with no result. I attached my idea for simulink diagram, is it possible to do something like that?
