That is a very straightforward formula to code into MATLAB. For example, the exponential bit could be written
exp(-i .* 2*pi * k .* n ./ N)
It is usually pretty straightforward to translate simple math formulas into MATLAB.
But this is not the best place to learn all the MATLAB you need to know in order to write this code. I recommend watching the MATLAB Onramp video.
