gige vision camera error when preview

When i am trying to preview my gige HIKVISION camera it is displaying preview error, shows in image below. Trying driver solution, but not getting solved.

If anyone has any idea to solve this, please guide me.

Same here, so would also like a solution. I could create an camera object and read parameters from the camera - and they all appeared correct. However, I could not set any parameters, such as exposure time, and snapshot would not work.
