Hello I am currently working on filtering out Noise from a .wav file, but have so many questions and kind of confuse on how to determine frequencies etc etc. I've only done some basic calculations on MATLAB before.
Is there a website or does MATLAB provide tutors that give live lectures?

You could look for examples and webinars on the MathWorks website. Here are a couple I found with google.

You should also consider going through our Signal Processing Onramp. It's a free, self-paced, interactive way to learn the basics of signal processing in MATLAB.
