extracting data from netcdf

Hi all,
I require a help in extracting data from netcdf file. The file has three dimension [192x96x1200]( in the format of lon x lat x time) . Now say that I want to extract the data at point 110x1 (lon x lat) how do I do that?
Helps are very much appreciated.
