How can I revert to the 2012a interface?

Hi!

I just upgraded my version of MATLAB to 2012b. Words cannot describe how much I despise their miserable attempt and to capitalize on the Office Ribbon Interface. Please tell me how to revert to the old interface.

I am 99% sure you cannot revert (other than just using R2012a, of course).

Here is the MW blog post that introduced these changes. (There is a lot of complaining in the comments.)
