MATLAB Fundamentals course error

Hello,

I am currently conducting the training "MATLAB Fundamentals" and my progress so far is 80%. However, I have been trying for 6 hours to continue with the rest of the training, but when I submitted my answer i.e. at the stage of 11.4, this error came up: "There was an issue communicating to the MATLAB compute resource". Could you please let me know, what I should do to fix it? (I tried all the 3 options: "Try again", "Wait" and "Sign out", I signed off from my Mathworks account, I turned off and turned on my internet connection, as well as I restarted my laptop, but nothing worked).

A couple things to try are

1. using a different browser
2. clearing your cache.

To be honest, I'm not hopeful of either of these making a difference. I encounter this error sometimes as well. It typically resolves itself within a few minutes.

If the above steps don't help, I suggest contacting technical support. From within the course, click on the question mark icon in the top right and select "Contact Support". From their, you can create a service request. Be sure to provide them as much detail as possible: what browsers you have used and their versions, the OS of the computer you are using, when the issue started, how long it has lasted, etc. It would also be helpful to include the url of where you are stuck.
