Problem when running Matlab app

Whenever I try to run any matlab app, even a predfined example from MATLAB itself, it shows me the error "Unrecognized method property or field 'Tree' for class 'some_class' ".

When i press the line number where the error happened it sends me to

% Show the figure after all components are created
app.some_cassUIFigure.Visible = 'on';

Can anyone tell me what is disturbing MATLAB?

Jokes aside, post the exact error message. You might have mispelled a property of some component.

If this happens with any script you try to run then it seems like an installation issue. I'd try reinstalling MATLAB. If that doesn't work I'd call tech support for fast and free telephone support on this installation issue.
