how to detect the emotion from speech using genetic algorithm

Hi sir, i am doing my project in speech recognition. i am using genetic algorithm to find the best case in the samples.is there any codes available to find the best case and how to segment a voice sample into frames..?? PLS Reply as soon as possible..!!
