How do I use the Constant Volume Hydraulic Chamber?

Hello,

I'm trying to model a hydraulic actuating system using only the Simscape Foundation library. So I'm going about this piece by piece and now I'm trying to figure out how to use the hydraulic chamber elements.

This is how I'm currently tinkering with this element but I still don't understand it.

My background is primarily software and rudimentary EE. If someone could provide a diagram or two that show the most common uses that would be great.
