conditions on cell arreys

Hi

can i use this?

if (~isempty(EE_TOT{i,j})) && (INDEX{i,j}(i,j) > 0)
    
end

i get "Index in position 2 exceeds array bounds (must not exceed 6)" error! I have those two cell arreys and wanna take all values form each cell of "INDEX" and use them to find out which one of this values belong to "EE_TOT" values. So i need to use this condition cuz some of the values in INDEX are equal to "0".
