x,y,z, coordinates

Dear Altruists!

How can I get x,y,z coordinates from my Dicom image? I have used "ginput" to read the coordinates of a 2D image but it does not workl for 3D image.

Actually I want to determine the geometric distance between two points of a 3D image. Please help.
