Is there a way to distribute a zoomable/panable 2d graph?

I have created a plot from approx 100K data points. I am trying to find a way to distribure/share this data with non-matlab users. When shared the user needs to be able to zoom and pan.
I found a file on file exchange that does something similar for a 3d image but I have not been able to figure out an easy way for a 2d image.

Could you post a link to what you found on the file exchange so we can get an idea of what you want
