Need help to convert in time domain

I have a data file of spectrum contains wavelength and intensity. Any help how to convert the spectrum in time domain?

Converting them to the time domain is not possible. First, the frerquencies do not begin at 0 Hz and are continuous to the Nyquist frequency, and second there only intensity values, those being real rather than complex.
