how to reproduce this map for other countries?

I am trying to reproduce this example for other countries such as Germany, could you please help me to adjust the code?

Is there any reference to find all the commands for each country, characteristics of the map, and so on?

For getting it work for other countries you need to get data set of those countries and follow the same procedure. The data set of Korea mentioned in the documentation may be the only data set present in MATLAB for demo purpose.
