How to make a compensator with given parameters?

I need to make a compensator for a voltage sourced converter in alpha-beta frame with attached parameters.

Please guide.

Since this seems like a homework assignment, if you show us the model you've created to try to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty, we may be able to provide some guidance.
