Reading multiple C3D Files

Hello,

I'm new to mathlab and working on a ML project where I need to read in a few thousand C3d files, extract data, and then model that data but I am completely lost on the first step of reading the C3D files. I have linked in C3D server and am able to create a workspace with a single C3D but cannot figure out how to add anymore to that workspace. Should I be creating a workspace for each C3D or is there a way to read each C3D into a single workspace?
