Dynamic RL Load with respect to time

Hello!

I`m doing a project for which i need a 3 phase variable load but I can`t find a variable RL load in simulink.I`m using Matlab R2017a version. Attached fig shows where I need that load. I`ve all the load values which changes with respect to time for 24 hours.
