Hi. I am trying to create an electrical circuit using and wanted to understand which one is better between Simscape electrical vs Specialized power systems? What is the difference between the two?

Simscape Specialized power systems are just a subset of Simscape Electrical. In general simscape electrical is used to simulate small electric and electronic circuits. However, specialized power systems have blocks to simulate large scale electric circuits (electric power grid), electrical transformers, and transmission lines.
If you are simulating a power grid, then you can use the blocks in specialized power systems; otherwise, the standard blocks in simscape electrical will work fine for any purpose.
