QPSK example does not work if it is not executed in the example file

Hello,
I hope to see some light on this because it is driving me crazy. The QPSK transmitter and receiver examples provided in the USRP toolbox work perfectly. Even if you insert the model of the receiver or transmitter into the other and run both on the same model, it will receive the packets perfectly.
The problem comes when I copy the model to a new simulink file. Neither the transmitter, nor the receiver, nor by extension any project I do with the USRP works.
The main difference I see when I run the example model and mine, is that the "T" in simulink advances more slowly in the one that works.
Things that I have tried and they have not worked:
Set the stepsize configuration the same, copy all the options from the model configuration parameters.
I thank you very much for your help as it is a blocking point in our project since long time ago. Especially there were differences in the choice of hardware implementation.
PS: the model that doesn't work is executed perfectly, that means that all callbacks, environment variables etc are well configured. It's a matter of functionality, not compilation.
