Neural Network Toolbox prediction energy consumption

Dear,

I started with a research project that talks about prediction of consumption data and minimization of errors and training time ANN and calculate mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE).

Do you have any idea about matlab codes that helps me to do my research. Could you please give me some links to matlab codes using Neural network Toolbox, or without using this toolbox , that elaborate this research area?
