How Closed fringes converted into open fringe

 I have a closed interferogram  and i have to convert into open fring . Can any body suggest me the solution of that.

Certainly now without an image to look at. Otherwise all I can say is try writing a black (or white) line across the fringes. Can you provide an example of a fringe pattern that is closed, and one that you have converted into an open one, even if you have to do it in Photoshop or Gimp or something?
