Why i am getting solver stopped prematurely?

While solving the equations in fsolve in command window i am getting "solver stopped prematurely" how to remove this?. Kindly help me.

There are several possible reasons. We need to see more of the message. What shows up for the exit flag? Also what options are you passing in?
