how to solve 4D matrix in linear equation?

I read video and store in matrix. I want to manpulat this matrix by apply (\) to solve linear equation but matlab appear this error message

Error using  / 
Arguments must be 2-D, or at least one argument must be scalar. Use RDIVIDE (./) for elementwise right division.
 

what I do to solve 4D matrix equation lineary?
