Refresh the program in Matlab GUIDE

Is it possible to refresh the code to start point by using a button in matlab GUIDE? I have a simple GUI that displays the value of a variable by adding values of selected buttons. While selected buttons are disabled. I want to add a button "refresh" to refresh the GUI and set the value of variable to zero again and enable the previously selected buttons. Any suggestions on how should I do it?
