How can I implement a time delay transfer function with exp(-Ts) in Simulink?

I have to implement a transfer function on SIMULINK. This transfer function has the term "exp(-Td*s)". I tried to use the Transport Delay block in series, but it didn't work.

PS: I don't want to use the LTI System Block.
