Help to simulate encoder jitter

Hello!

I wonder if there is any simple way of simulating encoder jitter in Simulink? I am currently using Incremental Shaft Encoder and Quadrature Shaft Decoder block and I would like to add encoder jitter to the measured velocity signal in order to analyse what effect this has on the system.

I am aware that this might be a whole research around, but I wonder if there is any block or simple way to do this, in order to perform a simple analysis since this is just a small part of my project.
