How to join multi bands image and calculate the index in Matlab

Noob user here. I have to process images of an object and applying the vegetation indices to it. As a background, currently I am using other software for processing these from an aerial photograph and has no problem. Since current project is to look from single photo (which can not be done by current software) and browsing that Mat lab has the ability to do this, I hope I can find the solution of it.

As for example I attached images consist of 4 bands (red, green, near infrared and red edge) and want to fuse and calculate vegetation indices such as NDVI, LCI etc.

Any solution for me would be appreciated.
