Removing repeating data points

Ive got two matrices of different sizes; matrix A is smaller than Matrix B
Some of the numbers in Matrix A are in Matrix B i want to remove these, how can i do this?

A = randi(10,3)
B = randi(10,5)
A(ismember(A(:),B(:))) = nan
