Question about Embedded coder and how to convert simulink to code c atomic ?!

I am new with using embedded coder . I have implement gui with guide tool in matlab . It's take some inputs and do some calculation then it generate simulink . I want to convert sub system from simulink to code c automic with gui . What tool must i use or learn ?
