Hello,
short question for those who have used Simulink 3D Animation at some point,
I have 3D world with one box shape as ground and another box shape as a drone.
Now I want the drone to cast a shadow onto the ground to make it easier to distinguish its position.
Is that possible?

Hi Simon,
I understand you want to cast the shadow of an object onto another surface in Simulink 3D Animation. To achieve this, you'll need a light source with the "infinite" style to mimic parallel sunrays. You can refer to the following documentation for more details:
Additionally, you'll need to define a surface with appropriate reflectance where the shadow can be cast.
I hope this helps you approach the problem.
Regards,
Shivam.
