Table 'Table1' already exists..

Hello,

So I a trying to insert data ( a row) into Table1 using the command:

sqlwrite(conn, tablename, data)

everytime I run this command I get the following error

Error using database.odbc.connection/sqlwrite (line 133)

ODBC Error: ODBC Driver Error: ODBC Driver Error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Table 'Table1' already exists..

I tried to change the tablename( created a new one) and it worked.

I saw some old posts on here but those didn't help me.

I get the same error when using 2019b. Is there a solution for appending records to an existing MS Access database table?
