How can I convert my Structure into an easy to read excel document

I want to convert my structure called data which has multiple parts to be formatted in nicely excel.

In column 1 of the excel documents I want all the values of data.name. Which are strings such as 'Mouse 1' 'Mouse 2' etc. The rows across the top need to be a an array of strings 's' I created.

I then need to put data(1).A data(1).B data(1).C in the row labeled 'Mouse 1' Then I need to do data(2).A data(2).B data(2).C in the second row labeled 'Mouse2'

This pattern should continue until all the values of data.name are completed. Any help would be appreciated. I tried using xlswrite but could not get the formatting done right.
