How do I bring the axes above the plotted lines, instead of the data obscuring the axes

Hi, sometimes if the data overlaps with the axes limits, as in here where the line lies along y=0, the data then hides the axes. How do I bring up the axes so that it lies above the data, without changing the y limits? Thanks!

Thanks, this kind of works but then is just overlapped by the axes box. Is there any way to "hide it behind" the axis?
