How do I download the "Powertrain Blockset Drive Cycle Data" support package?

I want to open the driving cycle data in posted here

When I download the file "automotivedrivecycledata.mlpkginstall" from the website and try to open it, I get an error message. The error message is :

The data in this support package is designed to be used with the "Drive Cycle Source" block from Powertrain Blockset.
