Can Matlab deal with adf file?

I need to deal with adf file for GIS. I have checked Q&A about adf file and Matlab.

As the documentation for that function mentions adf as a supported format, why don't you try using that function? Then you can come back with a specific question if you encounter any issues.

Depending on what you mean by "x y format". Look at the documentation. Do you think you can process those outputs to what you need?

Here is the list of supported functions to read and write geo-spatial data. These functions require Mapping Toolbox. With Mapping Toolbox, you can work with vector data as X-Y or latitude-longitude vectors.
