Runtime dump files location

I'm trying to troubleshoot a system developed in MATLAB that is crashing without leaving any trace.

From the application logs it looks like an unhandled exception is raised by the runtime, possibly related to the Parallel Computing Toolbox.

I searched the entire MATLAB directory and also refered to this post:

But still no luck.

Are there any other crash dump files that could give me a hint on what could be happening?

I'm using version 2019a on Windows Server 2019.

Besides Parallel Computing the system also depends on OPC Toolbox.
