Alternative to Stand Alone Mode in Speedgoat

Is there a way to configure a Speedgoat, such as I have different applications stored in it, and connecting a keyboard to the speedgoat I can choose which of this applications run? Currently I am runing the Stand Alone option, but this configuration only allows me to run a single application at a time.
