I was wondering if there is a way to call Jupyter from Matlab. I'd appreciate your answers.

I am not sure what do you mean by calling Jupyter from MATLAB.
If you mean using MATLAB in Jupyter, it is certainly doable and it is much better than MATLAB's Live Editor in my opinion.
They way to do it is using one of the following iKernels:
I personally like iMATLAB kernel.

So just copy the code into a valid python file.

That can not be as the Jupyetr uses the same Python environment.
