problem with a text file

I have this text file. and i want to read itmy code is:

% fileID = fopen('test.txt');

labo = textscan(fileID, '%s %s %f '); fclose(fileID);

normaly i should get:

Date time [%]

but something is going wrong with my progrom . inee your help
