Color scaled image of irregular spread points on circular area

I have points randomly spread on circular zone (figure). at each point there is an energy value. I would like to get color scaled image of the energy after doing interpolation. imagesc command is not appropriate because it is suitable for data on regular area.

I reduced the data in order to decrease the size of the file.

First and second columns are x and y coordinates, third column is the energy on which will depend the color.
