Can an existing MATLAB version(institute license) be upgraded to latest version offline?

I am using MATLAB 2019b institute license. I want to upgrade it to the latest 2020a version. As the amount of data required for downloading the latest one is very huge and also it is demanding high speed internet connectivity. Can it be possible offline?
