Elemental solution of a partial differential equation

Hi,
The output of solvepde(model) is Nodal solution. Is there a way to find the Elemental solution of pde.
I am solving the poisson equation to find the voltage of the mesh. The solution available is Nodal solution. I want to convert it to equalent voltage of each element. Is there any way ?
