What can I learn from Mathway's "Three-Phase Systems and Machines"?

I am currently studying on "Three-Phase Systems and Machines" at https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/powersys/ug/three-phase-systems-and-machines.html#buy5gm5 and now at "Example of Positive-Sequence Load Flow". I have read it and I just followed the instruction on what it says and I got the same output as the site. However, I did not really learn much as most of it are instructions on performing it. So what is this section trying to tell readers? And what should readers know from this seciton?

This page aims to show how to simulate a three-phase power system containing electrical machines and other three-phase models.
If the scope is to learn more about the theory behind it is better to check a technical article in the filed, such as the one referenced in the page:
Yeager K.E. and Willis J.R. "Modeling of Emergency Diesel Generators in an 800 Megawatt Nuclear Power Plant." IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion. Vol.8, No.3, September 1993.
