plot distribution without interpolated contour

Hi

Could you please help me with one question which has been with me for a long time?

The below left figure show contour plot using meshgrid and griddata to show pressure distribution along each line using below code.

[xg,yg]=meshgrid(XX_Uniform,YY_Uniform);
zg_wellinjpres=griddata(WellCoordinate(:,1),WellCoordinate(:,2),WellInjPres(:,plotdatenum_withinWellInjPres),xg,yg);  

However, I like to have a plot without any value between each line without using interpolation. I like to show value on each line only. For example, the below right figure.

How to do it? Thanks
