Add toolbox to concurrent license

Hi,

We have added a toolbox to our concurrent license, what do we need to do to activate it?

If you added it to the license file on the network license server, then restart the network license daemon.

(In theory you can instead send a SIGHUP to the network license daemon, but that does not always work, especially if the license server is MS Windows based.)
