Does the SelectionType of uifigure not have effect anymore?

I am trying a double click function in the uitable of R2019b. The SelectionType property does not care and just gives what was assigned to it on the startupfcn.

Is there any alternative in to this case?

Update:

I have attached test.zip App Designer files to try to reproduce it. Yes, it does not work. If you could suggest an alternative to identifying selection type?

Hi @Bereketab Gulai,

The 'DoubleClickedFcn' callback was introduced in MATLAB version R2022b. Hence if you wish to use that particular callback, you can consider to MATLAb version R2022b or a more recent release.

Alternatively, the 'SelectionType' property of 'uifigure' provides information about the last mouse button press that occurred in the UI figure. Hence if the mouse is clicked once and then the 'CellSelection' callback gets triggered, it would first show the 'SelectionType' of the first registered click.
