Here is the problem

Also you have y(1),y(2),y(3). It means that you have 3 initial condition values, also you should have 3 diff. equations

Can you please show how you declare derivatives in form:

ff = y(1);
df = y(2);
% ...
phi = (6);
dphi = y(7);

Write your equations according to this:

f(1,1) = df;
f(2,1) = ddf;
f(3,1) = df + 1.333*df^2 - ff*ddf;
% ...

You have y(8) (8 values) but still have only 4 initial values
