Can Mathworks generate Matlab Updator?

Right now, we have to install every new version, for example presently from 2019a to 2019b. We have been suffering this for decays. Installing the new version, and setup the paths, setup everything that you may only do it once a year or less, god to tell what really was done. Always miss things.

Majority of software update automatically, the worst example is the firefox which updates every single day.

Can the MatLab do the samething from now on?

Say, we have the 2019a in the computer. We only need to run the 2019b_updator and everything gets ready and the user will not need to do anything more and even don't feel it's updated, of course, maybe the new functions added.

This is long waited and hope the dreame becomes true!
