Which SDK tool kit works with Matlab 2019 and Visual Studio 2017 for FORTRAN

I am have just been upgraded to Matlab 2019b. I need to upgrade my Fortran to the INTEL Parellel XE 2019 Compiler.

I also know I need VS 2017..........

Current I have been using Fortran XE 2013, with VS8.0 and SDK 7.1

My question is which SDK version do I need to work with XE 2019 Fortran and VisualStudio 2017 upgrades ????
